 Microsoft officially released Windows 7 RC on Tuesday May 5th. I created a very very extensive video tutorial with accompanying website that shows in-depth how to download, install, and run Windows 7 on your existing computer. This is done in a virtual environment as well, so you don't have to erase your current operating system XP or Vista for instance. It will run off of a partition and in a window on your desktop.
